Product concerns and returns
Contact info@sachetsco.com about a damaged, incorrect or faulty item. Retain the packaging and lot details so the team can investigate. We will assess the issue and explain the available remedy and return arrangements.
Nothing on this site excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
A change-of-mind return policy for the upcoming range has not been announced. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
